Meet Our Staff…

Holly Wilkinson-Ray
Executive Director

Holly is responsible for the overall operation and management of GMPP.  She divides her time between developing a strong team of staff, managing the fiscal aspects of the organization, networking with the prevention community around the state and working with the Board of Directors.  She brings to GMPP a background in international education and business development, and a huge rolodex.  As a mother of two teenage sons, she is passionate about youth development.  Off the job, Holly is involved with her busy family, graduate school and spending as much time as possible outside.

Kate Edder
Middle School
Coordinator

Kate works with middle school programs and is responsible for the Junior High Project.  She came to GMPP in September 2001 and is continuously evaluating JHP and developing Peer Leadership Programs at middle schools around the state.  Kate recently graduated from the University of Vermont with a BS in Elementary Education and Human Development and Family Studies.  She is very involved with her own family – her parents, 4 older sisters and 6 nieces, and of course, her beau, Pol. She enjoys mountain biking during the summer and conquering the tall peaks of Mt. Mansfield during ski season.

Kathy Roszman
Middle School Coordinator

Kathy joined GMPP as an employee in September 2001, but has been involved with GMPP over the last seven years as a JHP Advisor, a volunteer staff member for high school programs, and as a board member.  She brings eight years of experience with middle school students at the Shelburne Community School.  Kathy will be responsible for the Vermont Kids Against Tobacco program and supporting other middle school initiatives.  Married and the mother of two sons, Jay, a senior in high school, and Erik, who is married and lives in New York City, Kathy enjoys traveling, spending time in her kayak, and watching Jay play lacrosse.  Currently, she is popping vitamins and pumping iron to help her leap tall buildings and keep up with the very busy VKAT schedule and the exciting year ahead.

Erin Gingrich
High School
Coordinator

Erin is thrilled to be coordinating GMPP's programming for high school students, specifically Leaders in Action and the Peer Leadership Project.  Erin joined GMPP in September 2001 with a wide range of experience working with youth, from her role as a community educator for a rape crisis center working directly with schools, to living abroad with students as a support and chaperone in AfricaErin helped co-facilitate Peer Leadership Programs in 2000, bringing valuable hands-on experience.  Erin has lived in Burlington for two years and is looking forward to exploring Vermont (she's heard it's nice and not too far a drive from Burlington).  Erin grew up in the big sky of the Midwest, but is happy to be surrounded by so many mountains.

Alice Stokes

Office Wizard

Alice joined GMPP as Office Wizard in January, 2002. She manages the office and does behind the scene program coordination. In high school, Alice was involved in GMPP programs at Randolph Union High School. She graduated from the University of Vermont, and has diverse experience, from organic farming to education.  When not at work, she is having fun with her two-year old daughter Ada and husband, Thomas.

Danielle Spaulding

Americorps Volunteer

Danielle is the newest staff member at GMPP. She has jumped into the work of preparing for the VKAT that she will be co-coordinating with Kathy. Danielle is a recent graduate of UVM and lives with her family on the farm in Waitsfield. She is looking forward to her next year with GMPP and knows she will learn a lot!
