| First, recognize that the feeling of overwhelm is just | | | | Life is a journey. It isn't meant to be smooth sailing all |
| a feeling. Yes, the feelings are real. The grief you | | | | of the time. After all, the bumps in the road are what |
| may feel is real. The tired you feel is real. However, | | | | mold us into who we are. So take the good along |
| these feelings only have the power to stop you if | | | | with the bad. Find the gold in every road you find |
| YOU allow YOUR power to be stopped. | | | | yourself on -- yes, even the bumpy road we've all |
| Second, keep your circumstances in perspective. No | | | | been traveling of late! Smile when you don't feel like |
| matter how difficult a circumstance becomes, | | | | smiling, and make a difference where a difference |
| remember to be thankful and appreciative of what | | | | needs to be made -- first in your life and then in the |
